Care for Twins and Multiples
Two babies. Two sets of cues. Two feeding patterns. And often very little sleep. Caring for twins is beautiful, but the logistics can feel overwhelming in those early weeks. Who do you feed first? How do you settle one without waking the other? Is it better to keep them on the same rhythm or follow them individually?
Supporting twins and multiples is one of my specialities. I bring calm, structure and gentle guidance into what can otherwise feel like round-the-clock juggling.
A typical night with me with twins might include:
- Evening handover and personalised night plan
- Full overnight newborn care for both babies
- Nappy changes, burping and resettling
- Breastfeeding and tandem feeding support
- Bottle preparation, paced feeding and sterilising equipment
- Gentle coordination or syncing of feeds (where appropriate)
- Responsive settling and healthy sleep shaping
- Monitoring feeding, output and overall wellbeing
- Managing staggered wake-ups efficiently (where appropriate)
- Morning handover
- Protected, restorative sleep for parents
8-12 hours per night
(typically 22:00-08:00h)
Twins do not have to mean constant chaos. With structure, experience and gentle support, the nights become manageable — and parents feel steady, capable and supported from the very beginning.

Coz Maternity Services Gift Vouchers
A thoughtful and practical gift for growing families, Coz Maternity Services gift vouchers allow loved ones to give something truly meaningful during the early weeks with a newborn. Instead of another baby item, this gift offers parents reassurance, rest, and professional support when they need it most.
Gift vouchers can be used towards a range of services, including:
- Night-time newborn care
- Daytime newborn care
- Postnatal check-ins (in person or virtual)
- Remote support for families worldwide
- Ad hoc hourly newborn care
- 24-hour in-home newborn support
Coz Maternity Services gift vouchers are often purchased by grandparents, relatives, friends, colleagues, or workplace teams who would like to support new or expecting parents in a practical and meaningful way.
Gift vouchers can be purchased for a set amount or applied towards a specific service, and can be easily redeemed when the family books their support with Coz Maternity Services. It’s a simple way to give parents the gift of rest, reassurance, and compassionate care during one of life’s most special transitions.
Gift vouchers can be purchased at any stage of pregnancy, however families are encouraged to arrange them as early as possible. Newborn care bookings are often secured well in advance, and purchasing a gift voucher early helps ensure the family has the best chance of reserving their preferred dates and support. Early planning allows parents to feel reassured that trusted care will be available when their baby arrives.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which service should I book?
That depends on what you need most. Some parents book support because they’re first-time parents and want guidance, while others simply need rest or help troubleshooting challenges. Together, we’ll look at your priorities and what you hope to gain so we can find the best fit for your family.
What do you do?
I support families after birth with gentle, responsive, baby-led postpartum care. My services include daytime support, overnight care, 24-hour care, and virtual support sessions, so you can choose what works best for you.
Do you only help with multiples?
Not at all! I work with all new parents, whether you have one baby or more. That said, I do have a special love and expertise for supporting families with twins.
What if I just need someone to talk to?
That’s exactly what I’m here for. Parenthood can feel overwhelming, and sometimes you simply need a safe, non-judgmental space. Virtual support sessions are ideal if you’re looking for reassurance, encouragement, or just someone to listen.
How can I book?

We’ll chat about your needs and find the right support for you and your family.
How much is the service?
Every family is different, so my service is completely personalised and bespoke. The cost depends on the level of support you need — whether that’s overnight care, daytime help, 24-hour support, short-term settling in, or longer-term guidance. Once we’ve discussed your family’s needs, I’ll provide a tailored quote that reflects the care and support that’s right for you.
Where are you based?
I’m based in Madrid, Spain, and also offer in-person support in the UK, Canada, and other parts of Spain. If you’re further away, don’t worry—virtual support is available anywhere in the world.
What is “baby-led” care?
Baby-led care means I follow your baby’s natural and biologically normal rhythms and cues, rather than imposing a strict schedule. This approach is calm, flexible, and responsive, helping you build healthy habits and confidence right from the start.
Do you help with breastfeeding?
Yes! Whether you’re feeding one baby or tandem-feeding twins, I provide guidance, encouragement, and practical support. If needed, I can also connect you with other trusted professionals who may be helpful.
What kind of support do you provide?
I offer flexible options depending on your needs:
- Day Support – Practical help and guidance during the day.
- Night Support – Overnight care so parents can rest.
- 24-Hour Support – Round-the-clock reassurance during the early weeks.
- Virtual Support – Online sessions for advice, guidance, and encouragement, wherever you are.
- Vacation Support – an extra pair of hands to help out so you can enjoy your vacation to the full.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! I offer discounts for returning clients and also run seasonal offers. Families with three or more children may qualify for a reduced rate. If you’re facing financial hardship, please reach out—I’ll always do my best to support you.
What is gentle parenting with newborns?
Gentle parenting in the newborn stage is about responsiveness, connection, and understanding your baby’s needs. Young babies aren’t forming bad habits — they’re adjusting to the world.
At Coz Maternity Services, this means responding to cries, feeding on cue, supporting sleep gently, and creating calm routines without rigid schedules. It’s about building secure attachment, encouraging bonding, and helping you feel confident trusting your instincts.
